    So, I've some (very) rudimentary grasp of web design and have been searching for a good book from which to really learn and explore. After reading the reviews and taking a stab in the dark, I purchased this book. I've just read the first 23 pages and am so far put off by the fact that no one seems to have edited this book. Example: page fourteen, after the hyperlink, the start of a new sentence is missing the first letter, while on page 23 there is a grammitical/spelling error. I dislike being so picky, but for the price and for the subject matter, I was expecting something a bit more professional and correctly edited before being placed on sale. As it is, for a subject matter that is so intensive and that one needs to be highly alert to incorrect codage, I'm somewhat put off and am highly perplexed. I'll continue reading and try to update my review later.

I wish I'd had a development guide this well written and inclusive for my beginning software developers. Taylor's mastery of the subject , organization of the material, and skill in presentation makes this book a must-have for anyone interested in excellent web design.
